You've found that there's no way to embed a wordle image. In fact, you can't even save it. Folks have to take a screenshot of it in order to use it.Pity the windows users who have to take screenshots, paste them into some other tool and try to save it as a jpg. You and I can just take a screenshot and bingo! - we have the image as a file.
I was able to get a wordle to embed here in Blogger. At the top of where you type your blog post there are two tabs. One says "Edit HTML" and I forget what the other says. The other is the default. Change to edit html, copy, and past in the embed code.
However, it did turn out fairly small. I tried to play with the numbers in the embed code, but it only gave the wordle a border. Hope this is helpful!
